Orders are not always permanent. If you or the other party experienced a change that impacts decision-making (custody), parenting time, child support, and/or spousal maintenance, you may need to modify the orders. Each modification action requires a review of the prior order and the change of circumstance which may warrant the modification. Maret Law Group will provide the guidance necessary to determine if a modification of your prior order is appropriate. Schedule a Consultation.
